Solange Knowles met Daniel Smith back in 1999 when she was only 13. Daniel Smith was a football player and was considered by Solange Knowles as her high school sweethearts.

I think that everything happens for a reason if is meant to be God will blessed them and put them back together.
I think they had sum trouble n there relationship, thats the only reason the broke up, but there really close friendz and there taking good care of there son so thats good enough 4 me

She was not lucky because now she’s divorced with a handsome son. You are blessed if you find a good man regardless of what he looks like and a child that’s healthy regardless of what he/she looks like. When you are able to stay together as a family than you are blessed. Please my sister don’t get hung up on looks. Beauty is only skin deep and when you arguing with each other the looks go out the door… Look at Halle Berry…. She is FINE!!!! Married two handsome men and ended up unhappy and divorce…. I am not saying you should hope for an ulgy child… I am saying you should pray for a healthy child that you will love with your husband and have a healthy relationship…. Don’t pass up the guy that may not be as handsome as Solange now EX-husband….

well everyone have there diffrences…………..and if they wanted to be together they still would be……………….jus let them be!!and she is doing good all by her self
they were just to young for everything. their son is happy and healthy so i think they are making the best of it.
